Normandy Park Villa consists of seven buildings constructed in a U-shape around an open courtyard area. Each building contains eight apartment homes (four 1-bedroom units, and four 2-bedroom units). The D-building also includes the office and our only studio apartment.
Floorplan Options
Each apartment home has a private balcony with a view of the courtyard area. Second-floor units have cathedral ceilings in the living room and dining room, giving the apartment a "lofty" ambiance. Ground-floor units have an additional coat closet in the living room. Our bedrooms are HUGE (approximately 12' X 14' and 12' X 10') with wall-to-wall closets in each bedroom.
